Welcome to UK Luscombes

Introduction from Nigel Barratt G-BRUG.

Welcome to the new UK Luscombe 2024 website! This site embraces our original ‘European Luscombe website’, which had to be mothballed owing to serious technical difficulties and, as a consequence, after suffering lack of technical support to resolve the many issues, I had little choice but to
have the domain placed into ‘cold freeze’, relying on Facebook to keep the momentum, with limited success. There are approximately only 28-30 of the iconic Luscombes flying, with several Luscombe projects under way as I write. So, with the new UK Luscombe website now operational we invite those owners and enthusiasts back into the fold. This medium will help to do that.
It has archive material (particularly in the technical section) amassed over the
many years that has been supported by the US and Argentina to mention just a
few. Please contribute and seek advice by all means.

Myself, Steph Murchison James and Christopher Roberts (moderators) will be welcoming you onto the forum once a little information about you has been sought, in confidence. Members from the world’s Luscombe community are very much welcome to join. We’d love to hear more from our Argentine friends also!
So, get stuck in, enjoy the site and let’s breathe fresh air into the fractured UK Luscombe community and bring it back to life!

This is definitely a work in progress and will only meet our intended purpose through your contributions.

All opinions and recommendations expressed on this website are for advice only and if used, are at the owners/reader’s risk.
